Take CONTROL Of Your Dating Life!

Whether you are new to dating, old to dating or just a plain out serial dater, you can use tips and advice. Although there are no magic tricks to trapping Mr. Right, everyone still can learn something about how to attract the type of person we want to attract. It is usually best to accept dating as a game and honestly everyone knows games have rules. There are winners and losers. If you know the rules ahead of time it gives you a head start. Keep in mind though, you want to take control and your outlook should always be this is my ball and my court. Feel free to change the rules to suit the situation as well as to keep him guessing.

Here are a few starter rules.....

1.) Always look great!!! Lipstick and blush has never hurt anyone. Remember you have the advantage because you are the woman. Try to look your best at all times cause who knows where you may meet that lucky someone.
2.) Join clubs, events, societies, and groups. Anything to help you meet like-minded individuals.

After you get a potential partner's interest....

1.) Never come across as too available or just too damn desperate.(EWW!!) If they are available on Tuesday, you are available on Thursday. People like mystery and the thrill of a chase.
2.)If they come across as possesive or insecure, run a mile away from them. Life is too short for little boys.

The actual date...

1.) Never reveal information you don't have to. Keep dates brief but interesting. Less is always more.
2.) Don't mention anything about children you want in the near future or your ex. These two topics will quickly run them off. Relax and have casual conversation.
3.) Never sleep with someone until they have fallen for you. Sex early in the dating game will ruin everything.

After the date...

1.) Always thank the person for their company and time but don't lead them on. Chances are you know if it is a hit or miss.

 Be realistic with yourself. Your dating life is based on the whole package you present as well as your personality. The same qualities you are looking for in them, trust me they are looking for in you. Depending on who we are, where we are in our lives, and the situation, dating rules are universal.
